The Foundation was created to address the growing need for safe housing, quality care, and wraparound support services that promote independence, dignity, and long-term stability.
Our Mission
The Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations by delivering affordable housing solutions, non-medical home care, case management, transportation assistance, life-skills training, and access to community resources. Through strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations, Prosperous Home Care Services Foundation seeks to create a continuum of care that empowers individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency.
